Create a Facebook Fundraiser
Launching a fundraiser on Facebook is a great way for you & your friends to help Poopy Doo's!
Facebook created a tool so that users can create fundraisers for the non-profits that they hold close to their hearts. Whether you would like to dedicate your birthday to a fundraiser, collect donations on Giving Tuesday, or create a fundraiser just because, it’s a great tool for social media savvy philanthropists.
How do I create a fundraiser on Facebook?
- First, make sure you “like” Poopy Doo's Animal Rescue's page.
- Near the top of the page, you will see a box that says Fundraisers.
- Click the “Raise Money” button!
- Tell Facebook how much money you would like to raise and how long you would like your fundraiser to last.
- DONE. You just helped to support Poopy Doo's on their current mission to build a safe home for pups that are deteriorating in shelter conditions!
Rainbow Bridge 5K & WALK
Our 3rd Annual Rainbow Bridge 5K & Walk is happening on Saturday, September 26th at Hainesport Recreation Complex! We are kicking off the township's Fall Festival with a 5K at 10:30AM followed by a Fall Pet Costume Parade at 11:30AM. Our Memorial Walking path will be available for the duration of the Fall Festival.
Our Rainbow Bridge 50/50 is also up and running! You can purchase tickets when registering for the 5K or event t-shirt, or just purchase 50/50 tickets using Square.
